Trylon is currently hiring for CNC Operators, Fabricators and Material Handlers to join our production team on the afternoon or night shift in the manufacturing of towers at our facility located in Elmira, ON.

Job Requirements

CNC Operators use computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. Your job is important since some materials are not easy to shape or handle manually or with conventional equipment.

 Proven experience as CNC operator is an asset
 Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
 Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
 Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
 Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
 A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
 Good communication abilities
 High school diploma or equivalent

Rate of Pay: $20.83 with an increase after 6 months

Fabricators utilize technical drawings, blueprints or other specifications to construct metal products, as well as a number of products ranging from sheet metal parts to metal molds.

 Experience using cut saws, angle saws, punches, presses
 Fine measuring experience
 3-5 years experience with metal assembly projects
 Read and understand drawings
 CNC router table and asset
 Welding experience a big asset
 Forklift experience an asset

Rate of Pay: $17.21 with an increase after 6 months

Material Handlers duties include receiving shipments, unloading goods, stocking material and emptying scrap bins as required. You will be operating a forklift and will be required to performing fork lift inspections. Basic Fabrication work as required.

 High School Diploma or equivalent
 License to operate a Fork Lift as asset
 Ability to read blue prints
 Basic math skills
